It also undertakes to ensure that The Toca’s subcontractor(s) and respective commercial partner(s) will comply with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data and privacy in force and that they assume a commitment to confidentiality in the processing of personal data.
Purposes of collection and processing
The Toca processes Customer data in order to: manage customers; traffic data; administrative management; individualized analysis and profiling; generalized analysis and profiling; management and organization of events and/or experiences; management of websites and applications; fraud prevention; and financial management. The data will not be processed for any purposes other than those specified herein.
Category of data
For the purposes set out above, The TOca processes the following categories of personal data: personal identification; contacts; authentication and access; web browsing.
These will be processed and stored in computerized form for a period of 2 (two) years, after which they will be deleted, unless the data subject expresses otherwise, namely through new consent.

For the purposes of the proper management of the services provided, The Toca’s Client's personal data will be accessible to its commercial partners, and these entities are also obliged to implement the duly applicable technical, organizational and privacy security measures.
